Ordering with
Ordering through our online store is easy peasy. You can do this 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Browse the collection and place your favourites in the shoppingcart. When you have selected all the items you want, click on the cart at the top right corner of the screen and continue to ‘checkout’. Just follow the steps as they appear on the screen and that’s it; your order has been placed!
By ordering and purchasing items from our website you agree with our general terms and conditions.

All items available in our online store can be paid for using the following payment methods:

All our IDEAL and credit card payments are safely processed by Mollie. 

All our prices are in Euros, including VAT but excluding the costs for shipping and handling. Though LGCM strives to display the right prices on its website, errors may occur.

Shipping & Handling
After completion of your order, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. All orders placed on monday through friday (excluding holidays) will be processed the same day and will be shipped within 10 working days depending on availability and payment / credit verification. Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. 
All orders will be shipped as a package, including track and trace number. Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on quantity purchased and your location.

Exchange & return policy
If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the purchased items, it is possible to return or exchange the item you ordered for another item. Contact us at within 14 days of receiving your purchase, tell us what’s wrong with the item and if you want to arrange an exchange don’t forget to indicate the product you wish to exchange it for. Refunds will be paid back into your account within 14 days after we received the item back. It goes without saying that we expect the returned item to be unused and in its original condition and shipment packaging. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Make sure you get a tracking number for your shipment. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us and the costs of returning the item to us is at your expense.
